This image of Ingonish harbour in Nova Scotia was one of the first taken by the Canadian Space Agency's satellite Radarsat. Launched in November 1995, this remote sensing satellite covers the Arctic every day, most of Canada every 72 hours, and the entire Earth every 24 days.
